About this site
This site exists to give parents a straight account of what is known about social media and adolescent mental health, what to do about it, and how the litigation works, without selling anything in the process. Who runs it and how it is funded are on this page rather than buried, because in this category that is the thing worth checking first.
Why it exists
Most sites a worried parent finds in this category are lead generation with an article attached. The article is real enough, and the purpose of the page is the form at the bottom of it.
This one is built the other way round. Support routes come before legal routes on every page, the support page carries no legal call to action at all, and nothing here takes a fee for a referral.
What we will not do
- Publish what a claim is worth, or predict any outcome
- Run testimonials, badges or results as legal marketing
- Take payment from a treatment provider, a monitoring app, or anyone else listed
- Use a photograph of a child in distress to sell anything
- Collect anything from the contact form beyond what a reply requires
Who writes it
Pages that touch health are written to be checked by a clinician, and pages that describe a claim, a deadline or a proceeding by an attorney. Where that review has not happened, the page carries no byline claiming that it has. Who reviews what.
