Privacy
The contact form collects eight fields and nothing else. There is no hidden tracking on it: no click identifier, no referrer capture, no device type, no screen size, no browsing path, no customer data platform identifier. Date of birth is not collected; an age band is, because that answers the legal question without holding the identifier.
What the form collects
- Who is getting in touch
- Your name
- Your email
- Your phone, optional
- Your state, because deadlines differ by state
- An age band for the young person, not a date of birth
- Your message
- Your consent
What happens to it
It may be shared with an attorney who can assess whether a claim exists in your state. It is not sold and it is not shared with anyone else.
Submitting it does not create an attorney client relationship, and what you send is not confidential or privileged until a lawyer has agreed in writing to represent you.
